About

About captain, boat, and the charter;

KNOT ENOUGH fishing charter specializes in lure casting in Tokyo Bay.  My service’s primary target species is Japanese sea perch, commonly referred to seabass, but I also chase other species when they are biting well.  Although most of my clients are local anglers, I always welcome from abroad as well.   I spent 13 years abroad and am the only  fluent English speaking fishing charter captain on Tokyo Bay.

I was an angler ever since I could remember and spent my childhood more into fishing than TV games, just like you imagine.  Since becoming an adult I have spent most of my time on the water, so it makes sense that I became a full time charter boat captain in 2009.

Boat

The boat is a 37 foot Japanese style center consoler with a 300-hp Yamaha 4 stroke outboard.  Up to seven anglers can cast comfortably at the same time on this vessel.  The boat is not only good for fishing offshore, but can also manoeuver on shallow flats in water just a few feet deep.  I am knowledgeable of many shallow and isolated points along the Tokyo Bay coast where I take my clients to catch trophy fish

Eight is the maximum number of anglers I can host at one time, but I recommend six or less for everyone’s comfort.  Most days I take anywhere from 2-6 clients.

For your peace of mind, I am licensed and fully insured.
